Don't put it in an incubator... Incubators can cause more problems than their worth. They are only going to speed up colonization by a day or two and will significantly raise your contamination rates over the long hull. Stamets book, which many mistakenly take as gospel, has had some things proven to not be entirely accurate since being published. Cubes will colonize and germinate just fine at 70-75f and there is typically no reason to use an incubator and a few reasons not to.
I don't put my jars in an incubator and would be MUCH less likely to put my agar plates in one... Just let it go on a shelf somewhere.
