Hello and welcome to the wonderful world of mushroom cultivation.
It seems like you have twelve jars of which six of them are slightly wetter than the other six. Thankfully it looks like you have a nice experiment set up to test your question out. Time will tell you if these jars are too wet, too dry etc. Sit back for a few weeks, check on them in around 14 days and you will see if you have a healthy jar or a contaminated jar. Fell free to post more pictures once they start to take off. We will be here to guide you on this path.
Best wishes and good luck!

What do you have to loose? Be clean about it and try it, what the hell.....
Then again you could crumble the cake as spawn into a small tray bulk too...
If you can get well seasoned HPOO and then pasteurize it......
Go 1:1 crumbled cake to seasoned horse manure (field capacity moisture and error on the dry side if you must, fluffy is what to shoot for) in a small Tupperware or baking glass...same thing but larger, breathable and isolated....incubate...
See if it will colonize to 100% and then fruit it again....you never know....
All kinds of options for a healthy fungus usually.....
Good vibes coming atcha...
