Yeah, that's a reservoir on top to refill the boiler. I'm not a big fan of this design because I want it to auto refill. Getting a boiler float valve asap, so I don't have to babysit the boiler.

Yeah, that's my new fermented sawdust mixture. Hitting 3.25-3.5 pounds per bag on the first flush, and only 0.25-0.375 on second flush. I figured out how to get almost all of the yield at once.

Hey KC I’ve got a few questions when/if you have a minute .

Did you have to have any HACCP plans when you were selling hundreds of pounds a week and were selling them ?

Can you break down some of the specs of your incubation rooms and fruiting rooms ?
