Observed today north of Seattle a forty minute drive into the woods at the home of a friend's friend. A 3-foot diameter fairy ring of a bit soggy cyans At first I misidentified them as P. ovoideocystidiata. Until I looked at the photos but they are definitely P.cyanescens. Thtre images.
1. Me and a partial view of the crop.
3. a full cropped image of the circle of cyanclusters that are a bit water logged. As usual I left them for the slogs in the soil who love to much on them. Restored my faith in my ability to photo such a crop. If Ihad only been there three or four days earlier. And there were 12 Madrona trees there in the wooded area.
