Hello Mycotopia!
Here i am back giving it a go after a long lay off. Im going to be attemping to cultivate B+ on BRF cakes. Spores are ordered and due to arrive in a weeks time. Brown rice soaked for 3 hours, left to dry for 1 hour then ground into a rough flour in a food blender. Stored in a mason jar in a cool dark place ready to make BRF cakes when spores arrive.
