Posting again to say hello not too sure what I can and cannot do or say. I am wanting to specialize in growing medical types like maitake, reishi, and lions mane. I am not a young wipper snapper by any means and I have not found this site to be easy to maneuver around in but I am sure that it is me not you. Well did I say everything correctly guess should not use a question mark. Have a nice day Servant

Thank-You Boebs, sidestreet and myc. I will try and figure out what and where to do what. I find this site to be most informative for most every question imaginable. I have learned ALOT already, if a person just looks you really do not need to ask many questions. Thanks to you all.. I am thinking about growing outdoors but I live on the front range of Colorado and between 100 degrees in mid summer and 5% humidity I will have to study to see what I may be able to grow outdoors, I mean besides cactuses Hope you all have a good evening.

Well neighbor. Nudge, nudge.
You'll be fine to grow cubensis outdoors from May to late August. ;)
Cactus also do very well around these parts.
And bonus to you for discovering that there is a ton of archived information on this site. Most all questions have been asked and answered over the years. Wishing you the best of luck on your projects.

I've had flushes pop up as late as thanksgiving around them Rocky's. Even after snowstorms as long as the ground isn't frozen.
