I have 2 colonizing with some APE R. They've been colonizing for a month and ten days. I know this is probably longer than it should take. My house Temps are generally cold, ranging from 62-67 F. Not to mention I used liquid Spores which I know isn't recommended.
I broke up the mycelium in both bags at around 30% to help speed things up.
To me it looks like they need more time to colonize. But I'm afraid it's taking too long and may contimate if it's not already? But I'm not completely sure since this is my first time with grains and spawn bags.
Colonization has slowed a lot in the past 4 or 5 days. But I don't want to break the myc again and risk weakening the myc.
What do you guys think? I plan to spawn to bulk with pasteurized horse manure and coir. But I don't want to spawn to bulk yet if the rye berries aren't ready.
The pictures I posted are labeled so you know which bag is which.
I appreciate your guys' help. Always learning new things with this hobby.
