So I had a shorty growing in a cup in a window in rockwool that I fed/neglected with organic concentrates and it flowered about an inch micro bud after winter that I didn't think would happen, so I moved it under a veg light and it basically died, but there seems to be a thin tough brown stem still holding strong and the root structure seems to be living. Its like it just shedded the bud.
Can this thing be revived? What if I dab the top with some clone gel? I actually like these genetics so it would be nice keep them. Its been vegging for about 1 month without any changes.

Window cup neglect revive possible?

Put it in some dirt and under a light 24 hrs. Let it go through a wet dry cycle and if it's going to live it will.
