I just noticed your PSA regarding the seed company - Color of Space (In House Genetics)

You just saved me a bunch of trouble. I've been admiring your work with this strain and was watching to see if it would be worth seeking out some seeds. Glad your harvest went well. Sorry for the trouble with the second set of genetics.

I just went through a round of Sensi Seed - Afghani #1 - their flagship strain. All of them have performed dismally and I've been working with this strain (and this company) for 10 years or so. It seems that with the cannabis boom suppliers are getting lazy about their genetics and just slinging whatever.

Not turning this into a seed company bashing thread but ........ just supporting your account of poor customer service and no recourse for receiving defective product. I'm now looking for a new favorite tor grow.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Indeed the cannabis boom is allowing less than scrupulous breeders (pollen chuckers) to get over on some people, including me. But I'm hoping widespread legalization will allow consumers some redress from these bad actors or at least allow them to expose them to potential buyers. If my post saved you a few bucks and some months investment of time, electricity, etc then my post was worth it. I will say this though, if you can find some Cherry Breeze seeds still, by all means grab em, I absolutely love this strain! As far as I know, those seeds are all from one batch so they should yield you as good of results as I've had. I'm not sure any seed banks still have them in stock though. I've invested in quite a few new strains that I'll be running this fall/winter that I'll post about here and hopefully I'll be able to point you in the right direction as far as breeders go. I'm not certain I can post about this, if it violates any rules could one of you mods just remove this part please? I've found a legitimate seed bank in Maine that ships anywhere in the US (I think you're American, sorry if my recollection/assumption is wrong.) They're called North Atlantic Seed Company. Check them out. Anyway, you guys have a nice day. Like I said, I'll be around this winter posting bud porn and other stuff

I've been meaning to reply, I have a buddy that has ran the Slurricane which looks very similar to the Cherry Breeze (crazy frosty), but I'm like you, ON Principle... I won't be giving them One RED cent. I have my certain breeders that I kind of stick to over the years and take a chance on something new from time to time, but not usually the case for me.  Something that has won a Cannabis Cup that I haven't had I'm like... there has to be something to this strain in order to WIN over an overall group of people.  Too bad too, I was probably going to spend some bread with In House, Hard PASS!  Been eying some CSI genetics anyway.

That's why I ordered the Color of Space in the first place, I wanted something with those Slurricane genetics in it. Total letdown man, I'm bummed out about. Or i should say, I WAS bummed out about it, I've moved onto other things. There are plenty of breeders out there that work hard to earn OUR hard earned dollars. I have no problem forking over a chunk of change for a quality product, no matter what it is. But I don't like being swindled. They told me to take it up with the seed bank, knowing damn well that I can't because the banks sell them as souvenirs not to be germinated (obviously for legal reasons.) Scumbag move if you ask me

My first post in this thread was on 4/23/21. I made my PSA on 6/7/22. Between those 2 dates if one were to do a Google image search for "Cherry Breeze Strain," the only and first relevant search result were pictures from this very thread. Now the search result doesn't yield a single picture or link to this thread (at least for me.) If anyone would like to run the experiment themselves and share the results that would be great! Like I said, just do a Google image search for "Cherry Breeze Strain." It seems as though this thread had been scrubbed from the search results not too long after I made that critical post about the company, regardless of the fact that it is indeed the most relevant search result. I know that in some circumstances it is possible to have Google remove negative search results about you or your company and I believe it costs money to do so. If that applies to this situation boy does that get my blood boiling! I'm sure it was much more of a hassle to have search results removed than to have remedied the situation in the first place. Was it just a coincidence that as soon as I criticized them in this thread that it was removed from search results? Because there was no problem when I was gushing about this strain and showing beautiful pictures of it. If my hypothesis proves right I have lost any remaining shred of respect I have had for this company. Even when I thought I was free from censorship here at Mycotopia, they still found a way through the backdoor to censor me anyhow. Enough rambling. If anyone tries the experiment I laid out earlier please post the results here in this thread. And if someone from In-House happens to be reading this, heed my warning; you can fool some people sometimes but you can't fool all the people all the time. You can censor criticism as much as you want but the truth will always get out there. You had a good run but you have become complacent, you are not entitled to your customers' dollar, you EARN your customers' dollar. And treating your customers like shit has consequences and will set you up for failure, which you truly deserve. Like I said, you had a good run but have a look at the writing on the wall; this is the beginning of the end for you. Disgruntled customers will accumulate and trying to censor them all will innevitability end with your finger in the dike trying to prevent the flood of negative customer feedback. It's a shame that this is the path you've chosen, once upon a time you were legit, dispensing top tier genetics. Then something happened, complacency, greed, something, I don't know. What I do know is that this is bad business practice that may benefit you in the short-term but in the long-run it will catch up with you.

I tried "Cherry Breeze Strain" and "cherry breeze strain" lowercase and had no issues finding the thread (both searches).  Bing is right under inhouse link (2nd on list), and about 4 down from other companies in Google.  I really wanted to try slurricane man, I'm just not going to do it no matter what.  We don't have to know each other to stick together Cannabis Compadre. Inhouse needs to make it right, we all make mistakes and fixing the problem is WAY more important.  One Luv RonHub

Thanks for the feedback brother. I tried the same search on my friends phone and it yielded the same results as mine. I'm glad it's coming up in the results for you though; I'd rather be wrong about this. Censoring Google searches is another level of scumbaggery. Like I said, I'd rather be wrong about this, I hope they wouldn't stoop to that level especially after what they've already done to me. I do find it strange that it's showing up in some results and not others though. Anyhow, thanks again man, your input is much appreciated

I ran a search for cherry breeze with google/ bing, and the second result was this thread. The first was a review by a seed supply.

Thanks Skywatcher. The thread still pops up in the results for a regular Google search for me but for the results of the image search my pics are no where to be seen. It used to yield first the breeder pic then several images from this thread. Maybe they just changed the algorithm for image searches or something. Perhaps I was a bit too quick to ascribe the change to the breeder. I don't want to accuse them of something they weren't responsible for even though I don't like them. Fair is fair and I don't want to place blame where it doesn't belong. Anyway thanks to everyone who helped me with this experiment
