I've been smoking this on and off for a few years. I plan to use it to give up cigarettes.
I dry the leaves in my oven for about ten minutes.

There isn't any info out there on smoking it. It feels like cannabis but not long lasting. If I dry it for too long in the oven the oils vaporise.
I discovered I could smoke it just by trying it.

I thought it was a Sage/Salvia.

Apparently not.
Actually didn't know what it was exactly until a few months ago.

I find it really nice to smoke from a bowl. Best dried slowly to avoid vaporising the oils.

Traditionally used for making a tea for urinary tract infection.

One of the chemical compounds in the plant is Carnosol.
It has some interesting properties.
For one it is good for the brain. May ward off Alzheimer's.

People tell me I shouldn't have tried it. I just had the instinct to. I don't go around shoving any plant in my pipe.

Anyways have a search on it. Lots of scientific papers and pics. Also a beautiful landscaping plant. Hardly requires any attention.

The texture of the leaves when dried could very well lend to the creation plant based leather.

Haven't made a tincture.

No side effects btw.

Has a unique odor. Want to say peppermint but it isn't. Totally has its own pungeance .
