This is what I've been doing lately.. pressing real flowers.. most are on small canvases.. lilacs turned brown too quick so i spray painted them.. lol.. still don't like how they turned out.. when i find some irises im gonna do them too so probably be posting more

I tried to save this bumble bee from drowning but failed.. it was dead the next morning after spending the evening climbing up my doorway so i made him part of my art.. lol

Not my artwork but actual flowers.. lol.. I grew the sunflowers and marigolds.. the first 8 pics are with my macro lens.. the purple pics are an extreme up close of the center of a sunflower.. looks dark brown or black at a distance..

This is a trumpet vine that takes over my yard and porch every year
