I have a few colonized bags of Cordy, LM and TT on brown rice and pearled barley. How long should they sit for maximum medicine production?

Thank you!

I've grown TT and LM, and LM is ready at full colonization(tough to tell on LM I know) and you will see little mounds forming if you go to long.  I have fruited TT both open bag and small slits or slices and prefer the slices over open bag for both LM(easier to harvest) and TT.  No idea on Cordy unfortunately, I'll get to it one of these days.

I was thinking along the lines of letting the grain sit for 4 months, I works for Semp!

Yeah I'm processing right now some cordy that has sat for three and a half months. It went splended without any contamination arising in the last few weeks of it's life.

LM moves quick maybe 2weeks for a small bag 3-4 weeks for 5lbs ish (if even that)? It fruits prematurely and fruits anywhere and everywhere.

I made bags of supplemented sawdust roughly 6 lbs in March and it started fruiting in the bag around May/June
