Ok these are totally bucking the smaller second flush idea.

Upgraded the setup today. Installed a inline duct fan with filter to pull in clean FA and then put my fog machine back to use as my tubs have been drying out too quickly so I wanted to give them a more humid environment. Gonna be 75-85 (as high as I can maintain without fog machine on constantly) humidity instead of 50:

This sucker was 14 grams wet!

I think overall yield is generally smaller, but the fruits themselves are often bigger.

Hit the nail on the head there, definitely got some bigger fruits but looking like i will get closer to 18-20 grams instead of 29 grams on the first flush.

 

this is the first time I have gotten multiple flushes so I am just stocked all around. 

 

I will let you guys  know when i have time to storm the gates!

Finished drying out the second flush:

Got 19 grams of Golden Teachers this round compared to 27 grams the first. For a total now of 44.35 since I ate 1.65 of them.

Got 7.63 grams more of the Mazatapec’s this round compared to 9 grams the first for a total of 16.63.

Last but not least I pulled another 1.63 grams of aborts so my total mixed aborts is up to 5.23 grams.

Tubs total to date 67.86 grams between the first two flushes! With my Maui platinums from my first grow up to 73 grams total of dried edible mushrooms on hand. Nice!

Sorry yes lower yield, but way bigger fruits. Also I suck at having consistent surfaces so I believe I get a 1.5 + 2nd flush. Stragglers and a true 2nd flush, I never track my efficiency they aren't gourmet or being sold.  

 

Take your time if you got that much fruits. I got rocked by what should of been 2g dry and usually need 7g.

 

Are you experienced? My typical dosing protocol is 0.7, 1.5, 3.0, 5.0...I guess I needed to stick to it with my current patch.

I used to do 3.2 grams at a time but took quite a long rime off. The stuff I’m growing is much stronger than what I got back in the day as well.

I started at 1.65 because that is what I did the last time I had any for comparison sake and it’s done the job pretty well so far. Going to try and find some time to STG with a 3.2 gram dose.

Ya went from taking a month to harvest 12 grams to 68 grams over a couple weeks of harvest.

Much more bang for the buck that’s for sure.

I think thats a good philosphy the bang for the buck on this third run isnt great.
