Help a newbie: Do these mushrooms look healthy?

I think I'd prefer the nausea to the parachute method, lol :D

 

Just an update, after the first flush (not a ton of mushrooms, a little less than 4 dry grams) I filled this with water to let it soak overnight, and a few days later, I see the pins for the second flush :) At least one of my cakes is producing something!

For consumption: gel caps, lemon-tek tea, honey, or liquor extract!

 

Honey is the only way I want to eat them any more.

I use liquor extract for other things and was wondering how well psilocybin would extract in high proof alcohol. Does it work well/preserve potency?

 

The only thing I worry about with honey is making sure I get the dose right :)

Motley- I feel the same way about the honey... I took a handful of PE and let it soak in lime juice for 20 mins then took the mush/lime juice and threw it in the honey and its been sitting in my fridge for about two months. I keep telling myself to try some but I end up talking myself out of it because Im uncertain how to dose and Im not ready for any high level tripping right now lol

That's exactly what I worry would happen to me too :D

The only way might be to start with a tiny bit , and work up from there every third day, like 1/8 tsp, then 3 days later try 1/4, etc. You might be micro dosing for a bit until you find the right amount. Good luck!

My quick and dirty honey. Grind shrooms. Get honey/water into a pot with some fresh limes or citric acid. Bring it to a low simmer fold in mush and keep it low till water boils out. 

Good luck filtering, that's been my issue...My google fu isn't finding any honey recipes...

If your looking to avoid ground up material in your honey, don't add the honey portion until the very end

 

Essentially make a tea, use lemon or lime if you want. Then strain out material and then reduce liquid down so you can easily add it to the honey as the last step. Straining honey would be difficult task indeed
