Sorry it took me so long to respond.  Been working a lot.   Appreciate all the hellos.  I cant believe how much things have changed on the OMC went to order some spores two syringes $90 and they wanted me call in my order in crazy.   

 

I think wood lovers is good step for me. I never did that, I grew some edibles and it turned out alright. I might jump on that one day.

Well instead of starting a new thread I am going to just use this one.  In drunken frenzy and after 9 or 10 years of not growing any magic babies I decided to order some spores and try one more time.   

 

Made 7 PF tek. with cube jars which I am going to spawn mostly to manure and scrap then case with some happy frog.    I used the PF tek cause I didn't feel like messing with WBS which was always my favorite.  I am going to take a couple cakes and place them in 1/2 gallon jars just because that will be beautiful then let it ride.  

 

Once this is going good I am take some pop corn and do some Alt 7 which is my favorite. 

 

Basicly 3 projects or more but 1 thread.

I will be watching. Read much of your older posts when I first came to Mycotopia a few years back.pretty intrigued by that scrape and case method.

Well I am getting close.   I been trying to decide at my age and with medications if is smart to harvest and eat.   I done a little research and I think it is ok.  But still got to reach the finish line.   Secured some manure and just need some spawn.

I had to check my ratios.  I knew it was 1.1.2 but couldn't remember what the 2 was.

Ended up with a good cow manure connection and got about 3 cubic yards for my compost pile.   So now I got to figure out how I want to pasteurize so poo.  Thinking cooler and boiling water or the oven.  Wife will need to be not home for that to happen.  hmmmm

Boiling water and a cooler was my only option until I grabbed up a free gas grill (still I gotta buy a gas bottle regularly but it's worth it from a domestic tranquility viewpoint alone)

 

I'm sure she walks through the door and sniff's the air.....hahahaha to see what, if any, debauchery and mayhem the old wizard has been up too.....

 

Where there is a will.....there is a way......3 cubic yards is not a joke...great score!

Here is an update 3 jars are full col.  but I am going to wait to mess with them and pasteurize so cow poo next week.  I even found my old 30 cup coffee maker that I have used years before for pasteurize stuff.

Got cpoo pasteurizing in the oven.  Add some Happy Frog and Vermiculite to the mix to fluff it up a little.  

 

Did a little tabletop jar cake because I thought my wife would think it's cool.  Tomorrow I will spawn a few jars to the manure and I can still nail it.   About time rehydrate some popcorn any suggestions for this be appreciated.  I normally used WBS and cant remember ever doing popcorn.
