Since I've been on a kick of running a variety of recipes I decided to go out on a limb and try this idea I had yesterday and thats if Mycelium seems to enjoy potato water.. then what about peas? They're quite rich with carbohydrates so I thought worst case scenario I end up with cups looking like what I was already having prior to simplifying the recipe, so I proceeded to catch the water in a jar upon straining and here we are.
200ml Pea Water
12g Agar Agar powder
to 300ml boiling water to bring the collective water volume to 500ml.
Aaaaand some extra green to pretty it up a bit.
