Wild fungi identification

Found this outside my work. upstate NY. Is this enough information to identify?

Need a shot under the cap . See if it had gills, pores or is a toothed fungi . Possibly an amanita .

Without doubt, it is an amanita.

From the coloration possibly a guessowii, but I am not an expert.

I've got another possible identification from another source this is in fact Amanita

Panaeolus of some sort is my guess.
