I know I spent somewhat less on a Martha closet setup and it is at least twice the size of the featured product.

Interesting gadget for sure. Looks like they factored-in being able to clean the enclosure. All that stainless steel looks sexy.

This would be a fun toy to hack if you have the counter-space available.

This was the first (and only) crowdfund I've ever supported. Apparently they should start shipping soon for the first backers. It probably wasn't necessary, but this project looked like something good for the home growing myco community.   Having gone through a series of small FC's into a growing tent, then modifying the humidity and ventilation of said tent 3 tent times, a prebuilt FC with the simplicity of this for smaller projects, the level of built in control. For someone who is serious about growing a small amount of Mushrooms, this thing would be perfect. 

 

Besides, you can never have too many mushroom fruiting chambers...

 

The price point measured against the available growing space is bad, there is no other way to put it. Myc nailed it there, my Tent FAR exceeds this.  I intend to dedicate this to making the best Lion Mane EVER. 

 

Perhaps it's overkill, or an indulgence, I am comfortable with it.
