The possible choices I heard from a passer by were:
Acaica acuminata
-narrow phyllodes variety "phyllodes"
-narrow phyllodes variety "bark"
-narrow phyllodes variety "root bark"
Any help would be appreciated, it's for scientific research.

Is this board nothing more than a referral index for the DMT Nexus and a dumpster for tregar’s endless bullshit?
“Let me look that up for you on a site with actual information. While you wait, perhaps you’d like to look for incremental differences in posts that have been cut and pasted over and over for pages snd pages.”
Jesus.
OP - what do you have access to? Are you buying something, harvesting some leaves, cutting down a tree, digging up some roots, or what? Stop with the sly talk - if they bust down your door, being vague on the internet isn’t going to save you.
From Wikipedia -
“DMT in bark (up to 1.6%) and in leaves (0.6–1.0%) with some ß-carbolines, young leaves mainly containing tryptamine;[14] 0.72% alkaloids from leaves and stems, mostly tryptamine.“
If you have a choice, bark is likely the most sure fire way to go, especially root bark. If you have access to the whole plant, extract the whole plant and report back on what parts yielded what, I know I’d at least be interested to hear about it.
There are several good threads on this board explaining A/B extractions - that’s the method you’ll want to use once you decide to go forward. If you want to test small samples of different plant material, you might look into a dry tek for a quick and dirty full spectrum approach before you commit to a large batch.

you're scope locked on the wrong end of the telescope
there's a thousand open threads where this site is doing what it's supposed to, not just the cut/paste specialty incontinence threads

If one was to do such a thing which I never would due to geographical local laws which of the following would be the best for a traditional, level 5, spiritual breakthrough experience?

Acaica acuminata
-narrow phyllodes variety "phyllodes"

acacia confusa or mimosa hostilis root bark is what you are looking for, there are many
places on the internet that sells bark, whether they ship to you depends on where you live.
one exaple is eternityinabox.com
if you're looking for extraction techniques, our DMT Spice forum is the place to go.
any more questions, feel FREE to ask

The practical reason i mentioned the Nexus is ........
If your from Australia there is a section there on the hundreds of different plants acacias ect that grow wild / native there and huge volumes of scientific data associated with those plants ,spelling out in great detail there chemical components in roots / leaves or branch .
These plants would just not be available in north America or Europe . nore would this info be on mycotopia .
nor did i cut and paste reams of info ..? ?
i just pointed they way ,if they needed the info .
I am baffled and have no clue why this offends anyone ...
.My Deepest apology's to anyone who i have offended ..... ?
jjjjjeeeasss . relax smile be happy .
i Figured if the OP was from Australia and they were interested in sustainable foraging then this info would be useful for them , ...........
Obviously Not so useful for our average mycotopia user who can find all they need to know here on mycotopia about MHRB etc. .
So calm down relax .
..There is nothing wrong with pointing to outside resources for special circumstances .
.i was just attempting to be kind and helpful.
Again my Deepest apology's to anyone i offended ..

is this statement really necessary?
i'm just saying there is nothing wrong to pointing to our own forum
where you can find information on everything you and the OP have mentioned. I dunno if you ever checked it out.
If it isn't there, then by all means recommend the Nexus, i personally love the nexus for information and yes it might be
a bit more organized but you will be surprised if you dig here deep enough. There is a treasure trove in the old discus forum
if it is still up, but most of it is in the New Vaults..
FYI, this is calm

you are correct and wise wharfrat ...
it's was just a helpful suggestion , and I'm still baffled why it would offend anyone heh .but sometimes when you can't hear peoples vocal tone or see there smile reading text .....there can be misinterpretations on intent .
my original post was so short and simple ..heh
on an unrelated note ( humor ) PEOPLE are often offended when i'm happy .
. i'm still smiling

I have to edit my last post as that vendor was dyemart.org, and their product tanked, at least the last 3 kilos I bought. They produced little to nothing. I changed solvent to white gas, and it pulled almost half of normal. I changed vendors to Mayan Magical Soap, decent product. Btw I blame the bad return on the solvent, not the MHRB. They must have changed the formula for the naptha
