Had the soup for dinner. It was pretty amazing. It reminded me of clam chowder. I may use some seafood seasoning next time to enhance that flavor profile.

So the filter patch flush keeps getting interesting. Im thinking of letting these guys go the distance and drying them and grounding them into mushroom powder. Being able to add that umami seafood flavor to a dish... well now thats some magic.
