Well, the time has come to re-stock all of my special spores to keep the auctions stocked up. I figured: why not share with the topia members where 

a lot of their auction winnings come from. I will included everything from inoculation through spore printing. 

 

the first 7 strains starting from these 7 jars of WBS. I will chose strains and post shortly, what it says on the lids is incorrect.

 

7 jars WBS, soaked overnight, simmered for 10 mins, cooled off immediately with cold water to stop cooking process, drained well.

added 1/4 cup of vermiculite at the bottom of each jar to help absorb remaining moisture, packed jar 3/4 full with WBS, PC'd 90mins @ 15PSI

Close here with Malaysian and Fiji (referenced a map Fiji is in the middle of nowhere, closer to Aus)

First jar showing signs of life, but the wrong kind, COBWEB MOLD.... AHRRGGG!!!

I could clean up the print but I aint got time for that, and many prints to try. Just goes to show ya, even with a ":clean print" and sterile techniques, there's always the chance for contamination
