Did you only use the stem portion and sautee after the shrimp? That looks delicious. I definitely need to expand my growing parameters.

Yes. I sliced the stem to mimic scallops and dusted with blackened seasoning and fried in the pan after the shrimp. I saved the caps to use today in some omelets and a grilled chicken recipe.
