Well about a month ago I was getting some spore prints in my camper from a Clitocype, and yesterday after a bit of heavy rain I noticed what looked to be an immature Clitocype growing from my camper wall ( I will be getting prints from it to compare). Has this happened to anyone else?

Congratulations MutualSurvivor!

You are now a Free Member and welcome to post wherever you like.

Photos are most useful if you can manage an upload.

You must live in a very humid place to have a mushroom emerging from the camper wall. A clear, detailed pic of the gills, cap, stem, and substrate will be most helpful in ID work.

Hold the camera steady and get as clear of an image as you can manage - from all angles - under the cap, top of the cap, stem, etc. The more the better.

Once you post a pic I can move this to the ID thread for more views and commentary.

Clitocybe won't grow from a camper wall, it's more likely that these are oyster mushrooms.

It would be a good idea to seal the rain leaks in the camper to keep the walls dry.
