Hello, I have a Slow Coloninzing Cake. It seems to be doing ok, But it is colonizing very slowly. The bottom of the cake looks to be fully colonized. Can or Should  I Turn a Slow Coloninzing Cake Upside Down? so that the mushrooms can pin faster? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Leave it Alone, I see knots, patience will pay off.  Don't mist unless the surface is dry and needs to be replenished with water beads.  Mist from high above the tray and let it slowly fall to the surface.  Good Luck to the Finish Line!

Thank You for advice. I might mist once every other day because I mist once a day and the tubs are still too wet.
