I like the idea of an outdoor kitchen, I've thought about setting one up here at our place. Being able to have a nice place to water bath, and pressure can outdoors during the summer would nice. It's also nice if your cooking something that is going to be smoky or stinky, like doing a fish fry, and searing cuts of meat.
Are you planning on screening it in Unc, or are you going to leave it open?

That's a very nice place you got going there.
Wish I had an outdoor kitchen. Closest I get is running my pressure cookers in the carport.
I see you have one of those really nice orange fans that actually work to move a lot of air. I got one last year and it's the only one I've found (within budget) that works well enough to keep me working when the heat and humidity get ridiculous, which where I live is May through late Sept. Judging by how green/lush the area is it looks like it might be the same deal where you're at. Now if I could just figure out how to mount it to my lawnmower...

Yeah and maybe plastic during the winter. Then plexy next winter. I wanted to put a small wood stove on it and then just open the window for heat during the winter. I dont know if there is room yet.

I am in the Land of Lincoln but closer to his real birthplace than the windy city. I actually border the Shawnee which is pretty cool not that I get to enjoy it.
My photo kind of suck cause still trying to figure how to upload stuff and it was just quick shot.

Hope these pictures come in straight. Rainy day on the Unc stead but got update on the kitchen. Got the stove top hooked up and good to go. Pulled two wheel barrels full on stuff today. I live in a 32' x 16' shed tiny house. It pretty good living. We had a three story but sold it to buy our farm. I dont miss it at all.

Wife and I snapping beans. I made the mistake of mixing my beans thinking it be cool to have diferent varites growing together. Also, had several half pouches of beans and thought my planter work better if I mixed them. My wife has called me a big dummy all day.
