These are some b+ I used LC to grain. they seemed to be growing normally but have dark splotches on the caps that are becoming indentations as if there rotting in those spots.. other than that they look healthy. Has anyone dealt with this? maybe you could shed some light on weather I need to toss the whole bin.

 

I have had my humidity around 93% and the bin at 71.5 FH. Have had no condensation on the lid raining down which is why im concerned this may be bacterial.

Likely bacterial blotch. Detrimental to fresh mushrooms, but still fine to dry and store. I wouldn't clone or print these, it can carry over.

thank you for the reply. so if someone was to eat these in dehydrated form it would not hurt them?

I think they will be fine.   I wouldn't of even notice.

Yes safe. Can really impact mushroom growers, can cause crop loss and really shortens fresh shelf life, but not toxic.

Awesome. thankyou for the info. This is the first time ive had this issue out of 5 tubs. It was also the only one I used a different type of grain on.
