I want to throw my coco.verm in a bag and sterilize in my 8qt Instant Pot. I usually pour boiling water over my substrate in a 5gal bucket,but the last time I did I got gnats as a bonus.My room is a multi-purpose room and don't care to have gnats invading other plants. 
I thought running the substrate through my Instant Pot would remedy that problem easily enough,but...what size bag would be a good fit?
Anyone?
