What's going on here?

One of my mini-monos is growing in the form of 'oysters'... But it's definitely a cubensis/golden teacher culture- I'm certain because I used the same round of grain spawn to inoculate another mini-mono (10 qt tub) and it's fruiting like normal

Their like fuzzy little clusters that are oyster shaped????

I've had rosecomb before (also coincidently on vermiculite cased grows- that's what I thought it was at first, and because I also noticed trich- I threw it out side under some plants 'compost style'....

Any ideas?

A little off-topic here (on my part).

I'm hoping to get you to upload the photos directly to the site.

Here's a tutorial:

I'm guessing that you must have some type of infection / disease which is causing the strange growth.

Thanks for the tip myc- unfortunately internet in my neck of the woods and/or combined with my phone makes it so the onsite upload never works for me- i try to attach files and it stalls out with the little spinny icon : /
