transfer 6 times

grow it out to fruit

take the fruit you like and take a sample of the meat from the stem

grow that out

test it

then make a LC so you can do lots of jars

 

I know I am making it more difficult than it should be.

 

What am I missing?

grow it out to fruit ......indeed.....

take the fruit you like and take a sample of the meat from the stem .....you can certainly clone to propagate characteristics you desire

grow that out .......yes indeed

test it .......

then make a LC so you can do lots of jars .....

What am I missing? ......Aseptic technique, your PC, a flow-hood, and pictures of some FUZZY wedges......IMHO
