Last four attempts at a grow have all ended in contam. Using a mix of Coir, hummus manure, bran, beet pulp shreds, hay that are then pasteurized. Been using for years. Now, the grow will be slow to colonize, then get what appears to be cobweb mold but grows in circle like colonies that start developing yellow areas. a smell of sour poo seems to develop also. I'm thinking Aspergilus but am no expert. Any thought?

Maybe some of the ingredients are from different sources than you used in the past?

Are you growing edibles with that mix or psilocbes? If it's the latter I might suggest simplifying and dropping everything but the coir and and grain spawn and just adding verm ... say like 1 part spawn to 4 parts coir/verm.
