the maximum i'm not sure about but i do know that you'll want to include soy lecithen (sp?) in your recipe.. it helps w/ fat intake and metabolization in your body and will help you get the max out of what you put in in the first place :)

Dunno maybe this will help, http://www.psychiatr...om/p970759.html scroll down to cell membranes and it talks about lipids and THC, say it depends on certain things, too in depth for me to explain or even understand all of it, but maybe this is what you're looking for??

yeah, that article was a bit much to slog through...not sure if i could have deduced the answer to my question.
what did mean was for cooking use. Ie, grass/butter ratio. Im thinking about making yogurt that would get you high, and was just curious about how close i could call the ratio, as i don't want to be eating half a stick of butter per serving.

Oh, the lipid thing threw me off, just put as much top quality herb or trimming, whatever you got in as little oil or butter as you can, and make sure to grind it well, and squeeze out all the butter or oil from the herb. I know people who simmer the oil for hours and I know people who do the butter quicker. I always use the oil and simmer for a few hours, cause it doesn't burn as easy as butter, if at all, but I never let it get that hot. Anyways, that'll make potent food, but if you really want strong stuff, I'd try using honey oil or hash, because that'll really make it strong. Dunno about your tolerance, but I have never had too much herb, but either way you don't need to eat a whole lot to get buzzed... Although, eating pot food always makes me hungrier... :D
