First, buy a decent air purifier, this one was $40:

Second, take it apart carefully, but remember how it goes back together:

Third, use a hole saw to cut perfect circles where you'll be sticking your hosing:

Fourth, use some liquid nail to solidly connect your hosing to your air purifier:

Fifth, if you want to color match just tape the areas off you don't want painted:

Sixth, put it all back together again:

Seventh, use some rubber gaskets and clear silicone sealant to make your hose to tub connection tight:

This was an easy build and only took about three hours total. The cost was about $50 bucks.

However nice work with the quality of craftsmanship and ingenuity. I think that practicaly every grower tries to make some crazy automated air exchange dillys and humidifier gizmos, myself included, at one point. Sooner or later you may find that its not nececary however and go simpler.

99% Hepa filter is probably blowing about 50 billion contam spores in there a day.
Maybe, but fanning would certainly introduce even more contam spores than that.

It's very necessary considering I'm not around my grow most of the time (it's in storage). That's the whole reason I made an automated air exchange in the first place.
