Opeth is good indeed! :D I have the newest CD, and I like. They are the masters at nice ambient breakdowns followed by crushing riffs, and wicked vocals!!! I mean just look at the work Mikael Ã…kerfeldt did with Bloodbath! Simply amazing. I was just listening to Ressurection Through Carnage today.

Wicked list gema.

Paths Of Possession, Nile, Meshuggah, The Black Dahlia Murder, Crpytopsy, Pig Destroyer, Lamb of God, Unearth, Mastodon

Are the favorites I have out of the list that I listen to.

I have multiple CD's of all the bands listed above minus pig destroyer, and black dahlia, although I have one of their t-shirts hahaha. My personal favorites and Paths of Possession, just fucking amazing, Nile of coarse :), and what death metal fan isn't in to cryptopsy. I just saw Cryptopsy live, Flo's dumming is fuckin disgusting, and he makes it look so easy.

Yeah man that's all good shit, and I'm so glad that you stated older in flames hahaha, from reroute to remain and on, it's all shit. Although I never picked up the newest, Come Clarity. Soundtrack to your Escape was the biggest let down I've ever heard. Kalmah is an incredible band, I have Swampsong and love every second of it. Emperor is just good straight up black metal.

Played around with the death/black crowd once upon a moon, was a vocalist for a Tribe metal band. Those days are gone now, dissolved into jazz and old school beats ... Of course Sepultura and Opeth get a bit of airtime now and again, with a little bit of Amorphis on the side...

Jazz is the fucking wave of the future man. Jazz musicians know their stuff, and can outplay anyone in almost any genre. Fuck jazz is sweet. (ps. I'm drunk again, fuck comes out a lot under influence.)

Pretty much your run of the mill pre-pubescent throat clearing. At the moment I'm in the start fases of jamming with psych folks, so we'll see what will become...
