mine is simple, easy.
prep pint jar by poking 2 holes, near rim on opposite sides
add blob of RTV silicon adhesive above/below each hole.

let dry about an hour,
fill jar 2/3s full with distilled water
add 1 tablespoon of karo [optional- add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extratct too]
place the lids rubberside down on the jars
but leave the rim bands loose so lid can rise/fall as pressure changes.
PC at 5 psi [lowest setting] for 20-25 minutes
then allow to cool.
once cool, tighten rim bands
use an airport syringe to release the vacuum.
inject spores then incubate.
place airport in one port, fill empty sterile syringes thru other port.
