I had a little solution left in the syringe and yesterday night I sterilized 2 more jars I had so today I'll inject them into the new jars, with the spores hydratated..

Its very hot in Argentina these days!
Yesterday we got to 33*Celsius, today its 25*C.. by now
Good incubation temp! :P

are you going to brake them after full colonization?
i had the same problem, and i had to broke the glasses, and if it´s done firmly, it´s eazy.

Could the mycelium not be growing because of the little oxygen in the jars? Maybe the substrate is too compressed.
Anyway, I'm leaving right now to find some rye seed, and grow some rye seed jars simultaneously.

Did you innoculate them with the syringe ,that has not had the time to dehydrate the spores ?
No, I forgot to let them hydrate, but someone told me it doesn't really matters.
I do have a syringe made about 4 days ago, with which i'm going to inoculate the rye jars. The spores in there should be hydrated enough.
