Some onion, potatoes, crystal hot sauce, garlic, and salt. Cook all that at a low boil for about 30 minutes then add the crawfish for about 5 minutes.

crawdads <ECREVISSE>are delicious. i always catch my own in a minnow seine and throw them in an aerated galvanized tub for a week to get clean. once in awhile i can get fresh softshell crawdaddies and theyre great with much less work, avoid the frozen asian product.....disgusting and smells like hooker crotch.
sorry to hear you know what hooker crotch smells like

i eat some weird shit, but jr. has me beat with that one.
 I've seen people do that also. It doesn't look very appetizing to me either! My grandmother likes to eat all of the fat inside of blue crabs too. Man, she tears that shit up! She even get a thin knife and gets all of the wierd fat from inside of the points of the shell. Eeek.
Are those Gulf crawdads Dial8?

crawdads are delicious agreed..however i've been here over 13 years and have never seen one yet...wonder which part of asia are they coming from?

They farm raise them in China. They taste horrible. The fresh water ones are the best IMO. Gulf ones even taste a little funky IMO as well.
