So how do you choose a tek? Someone once told
me not to listen to what anyone was saying
unless they were getting the results that
I wanted. Like you shouldn't take financial
advice from someone that's broke.
So I thought it would be cool if people would
post a little bit about a casing tek and then
a pic of the results.
So I'll kick it off.
Strain: Amazonian
Colonized Substrate: 2 pints of straight brown
rice sliced into 1" thick slices, crumbled into
gaps.
Casing Layer: moistened vermiculite 1/2" top and
bottom
Incubation/recolonization: covered with foil and
put in the incubator for 2 days then fruit chamber
Watering: Misted sides of chamber twice a day
Air Exchange: Fanned chamber twice a day
Yield: 198.4g wet
