1st casing pic is a 9er Tek except straight verm,
second is Hongus Tek. Fanning and misting sides
of chamber twice a day. 75 degrees. Hygrometer
reads 100 and was just tested by wrapping it in
a warm wet rag so pretty sure it's accurate.
Any suggestions?

They look too dry. I'd mist the verm anywhere the myc isn't poking through.

Too dry!
Verm. alone tends to need more water.
I would pick what has developed and or aborted and give the entire casing several days of MODERATE but constant MISTING 2-4 times a day.
I have seen poor first flushes, due to dry conditions, recover really well upon giving back the needed water.

You might want to drop that humidity down to around 70-80% for fruiting also.
