Once you get goin, you just gotta love the simplicity of these things... The way they contain the light, how easy the air flow is, and all in all, how cheap and easy these things can be constructed.

I remember seeing the number before but I am striking out. What is the recommended minimum lumens per square inch?
Also, what is the reflective coating used inside of the rubbermaid tub? Tape?
