I didnt use a glove box but I did spray the air in the room with bleach before injecting.
I will try again, Next go I will try a few different ones and build a glove box
I will try one with dextrose, one with malt and one with glucose and see what I get the best results from and report back.
Id like to have strerile tape but I dont, I got no idea where to get tyvek from, so i will go with the aluminium foil I think.
Thanks again guys for your help!

but really you need a self-sealing port, go to auto parts store and buy silicon adhesive to use to fill lid hole so needle goes thru but hole closes after withdrawing.

Here is attempt 2
1 = 500ml water and 20grams dextrose
2 = 500ml water and 20grams coopers home brew enhancer (Dextrose, Light Malt, Maltodextrin)
3 = 500ml water and 20ml Non Organic Honey
4 = 500ml water and 20ml Glucose Syrup
Fuck and I just realised i forgot to put my silicon on the holes, doh! I'll figure somethin out :)

Dextrose : Got nothin
Honey : Got something, but im pretty sure its not myc
Glucose : Got nothin
Coopers Home Brew : Got something, I think its myc, very difficult to tell, I sucked it into syringes today, Ill let them sit for a week or so and see what it looks like.
I havent included photos because they just dont come up clear enough.
One thing I will add is that im not using an incubator because the temperature ranges between the right ones anyway, maybe slightly under. Maybe thats my problem.
I think ill stick to just using spores straight in :) Ill have another shot at this when im a bit more of a guru.
