The first flush, after that first dunk, only yielded one boomer and a bunch of aborts. It was still feeling real dry and looked blue, so I did another dunk for 22 hours and returned it to the FC. I checked it this evening and it's still blue and really dry! I don't know what to do at this point...

The mycel has to come back up to temp and
then takes some time to recover and utilize the water from the dunk. In the fridge its so
cool its not grow much if any at all, just absorbing moisture.
I hope your cakes come through ok, let us know tonight how they look :)

The walls are misted regularly. Although I have no meter, I hope it's fine - I assume it's fine. There's plenty of FAE, if anything too much, which might be my problem, but idk...
