Hi all. Thank you for this excellent forum and the quality of the information we can learn in it. Please forgive my bad english.
It begins with a LC :
Posted Image
A needle sterilization :
Posted Image
and an inoculation LC syringe :
Posted Image
Then the inoculation of about 20 bottles :
Posted Image
then a week of incubation :
Posted Image
after 5 days they where almost ready :
Posted Image
and I cased them after a week with 1/3 rinced and sterilized cow poo and put them back in the incubator :
Posted Image
2 days later, I could see they liked it :
Posted Image
and after 3 more days...
Posted Image
... I put them all in the fridge :
Posted Image
and since the last friday, they are now in the fruiting chamber :
Posted Image
And here I am, hoping it will work.

What did you knock up with your lc? BRF, grain? Sounds like you are good and on your way. Did you spawn to the poo or did you just cover the top of your colonized sub with poo?

Really no need to cold shock cubes in the fridge. It will not hurt them but it will set em backa few days.

I'm going to keep my eye on this one. Good luck.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I inoculated aboute 10 jars of WBS + rice and aboute 10 of popcorn + rice.

I really spawned it with the poo.

Thanks for the tip of the cold shock.

Kewl, brother! Keep us updated.
We all love pics a lot. If you don't have any for the thread I may move it to the Fungi Forum.

After 8 days in the fruiting chamber, the mycelium has gone trough the casing layer and I notice some small mycelium balls who seem to look for the sky.

Are they those (so expected!) primordias or am I too optimistic?

It's magic : each time I look, I discover more pins.

One of the 2 big casings :
