Hi all. Thank you for this excellent forum and the quality of the information we can learn in it. Please forgive my bad english.
It begins with a LC :

A needle sterilization :

and an inoculation LC syringe :

Then the inoculation of about 20 bottles :

then a week of incubation :

after 5 days they where almost ready :

and I cased them after a week with 1/3 rinced and sterilized cow poo and put them back in the incubator :

2 days later, I could see they liked it :

and after 3 more days...

... I put them all in the fridge :

and since the last friday, they are now in the fruiting chamber :

And here I am, hoping it will work.

What did you knock up with your lc? BRF, grain? Sounds like you are good and on your way. Did you spawn to the poo or did you just cover the top of your colonized sub with poo?

Really no need to cold shock cubes in the fridge. It will not hurt them but it will set em backa few days.

I inoculated aboute 10 jars of WBS + rice and aboute 10 of popcorn + rice.

I really spawned it with the poo.

After 8 days in the fruiting chamber, the mycelium has gone trough the casing layer and I notice some small mycelium balls who seem to look for the sky.

very nice mason! :) welcome to the board as well. that casing looks great. 8 days is about right for seeing some pin formation. not sure if I see any in the pic but if not... they're coming very soon i'm guessin. :thumbup:
