I still have failed to succesfully clone a Pan shroom so far !
Now I'm going to give it another try with a different strain..Pan Cambodian !
The Florida lg's didn't do well as clones,so that's why I'm giving Cambo's a shot..altho Florida's are still my favorites as multispore...
I have taken the inside of a stem,and did put it in a jar full of broken glas (picture 1).
Shaked it for 5 minutes very well,and sucked it up in a syringe..
I used 5 ml for one jar.
Injected this in two jars..,one jar is brf and the other Corn.
The brf jar was very quick,while the corn is only half way colonized !
I notice that the corn here is getting old and not so good anymore !
So far I made two casing trays,with my usual 'recipy',but added only extra verm on one tray.
They are fully re-colonized and in the terrarium at 25 oC.
Hopefully this will be a succes,because my last tray gave only 10 grams (wet) of shrooms :thumbdown: !
