I'm currently finishing up the 3rd flush on my first grow. I'm very pleased with my results so far. Thanks, of course, to the wealth of info. here at Mycotopia.
I inoculated 8, 1/2 pint jars of BRF and Verm with about 1cc of Redboy multi-spore each. (Spores courtesy of CaptainMax). 4 were overcome by beautifully rhizomorphic mycelia and 4 succumbed to bacterial infection (I'm assuming, although I'm not sure as there were no foul odors. Perhaps the spores just failed to germinate. After all, my sterile technique was impeccable ;)). But anyway, I decided to grow them invitro and, like I said, I am very pleased with the results.
Flush/Yields:
1st - 8.14 g
2nd - 11.34 g
3rd - 6.22 g (so far, still have one jar to harvest)
