Maybe that extra moisture from the syringe helps the cakes flush nicely.Ive went as far as 30cc and all was well.I know its overkill and not necessary but it does speed up colo.you nocc up 15 ccs into one pint jar? and it doesnt mess up the moisture level? wow, i would have never thought that at all.
