Yep, ready to pick. Guess I left em too long again. Lazy trout!
The fruits weighed 170g. but I will lose some when I clean off the straw.
Once again they are second flush.

i suspect that
since gravity pulls water down
to the bottom
that might explain why
fruits are more plentiful
down under


agreed
casing the top would probably offset the loss of moisture on that area.
although it appears that its fairing just fine without it.
just a thought

gravity pulls even the water from the casing down.
