Sounds like you have more experience with them than I will gain for some time. I dont plan to keep milking her. I tried it a few times, and I like it. But for the most part I dont feel as tho it is worth the entire process for the high. Call me lazy..lol. I do enjoy feeding her, my kids love it. I also enjoy taking care of her. Weird too, I never been a reptile person to say the least. Your also right when you say I may not have gotten all the goods when I milked her. I did not try to get ever last bit. I figured it wasn't worth the stress on the toad.
I may in the future milk her some more, Im sure I will. But Im content with having her and letting her be, ya know. She may lose potency but If the day comes that Im ready to get high off some 5-meo venom, I bet LP does the trick ;)
Slides....lol yeah I think I have heard of those haha
I dont know if she is captive bred for sure but the sponsor here had some that were too young to sell at one time, im guessing tadpoles. Maybe they were found but I wouldnt think so.
Ill also try to find the info on the hormone I spoke about earlier. Im pretty sure tho that it was just saying very briefly how to breed em and that most of the time you would need an assistance from a vet with a hormone. Ill try and find it later and post it here. :)

My only interest is in perpetuating good accurate data.Have a hug.:hugs:
Now back to the subject at hand. As Coyote indicates there is little confirmed data in this area and many unconsidered variables, let alone accurate quantitative studies. The answers to really basic neccessy questions are even hard to come by. One I have is this. Lets say one milks a toad who's sacs are full for half it's venom. How long does it take for the toad to quantitatively replace those supplies, disregarding the potentcy.
One variable that should be seriously considered is whether the toad is getting adequate tryptophan in its diet as shortages in this area may seriously affect tryptamine production.
