A humidity tent not only keeps the leaves looking nice but the plant will also grow much faster IME. Perhaps the new leaves know the envirnment is a little hostile (to dry) for them and decide not to reveal themselves as quickly.
The tent doesn't have to be air tight or hugely humid inside as long as it is more humid than indoor air often is. An old metal shelving unit with just the top and bottom shelf (so the structure is stable) and wrapped in plastic works wonders. My tent was 90" tall and when she grew to the top I would cut her to about 24" and let her grow to the top again. Nothing beats a large pot, lots of water, mild ferts and a tent.
Nice pictures BTW.

Here's 2 I was playin around with... Just stuck em in some pete pellets, kept them damn, tent over the top... kept is humid. After 14 days, roots :) woo ... They were really droopy at first, but I kept with it, and sure enough, they took :) Two nice rooted sally clones in pete pellets. :)

Have not had a tent on them in the past 3 days. Need to get them in a nice pot and let them start growing. If they don't sprout new growth, back into a tent they will go.

Yep, let it begin...

Took the two in pete pellets from here -

And put them in large pots... 3-4 gallon... so far, outside 2-3 days, night temps in lower 40's... no bad signs.

So far bright sun, 70-80f temps, and low humidity levels... The sallies looking fine. The tops are beginning to get some solid new growth beginning.

Hmmm, that solid new growth seems to have slowed to nill. :) lol... I think they may be adjusting to the cooler night temps a bit.

Will post updated pics after the monsoons pass... :D:D:D

Still ranging 40-55 here for the past week .... thought it would be warmer.. but, as promised, the new pics. Still healthy and alive, just seem, well, like they are adjusting. :)
