I know this isn't a great part of mycotopia to be posting, but since some of you I know and some of you who know me - if you could help me solve this mystery/question.
WHERE WOULD YOU FIND: NITROUS OXIDE CARTRIDGES?
in hardware stores? paint ball stores? I'm looking for EZ WHIP OR some sort of Whip Cream Nitrous Oxide Chargers.
Where to buy them? (besides the internet)

Restaurant Supply shops...in fact, I did some nitrous a few weeks ago from this thing that you put the cartridges in, then put the bottle/whipped cream/etc. that you want to fill on the end....unless this thing was designed for recreational use, then you could hit it from where you put the bottle.

Try gourmet food stores. Head shops will always have them, but at one hell of a premium price

check erowid; ISI is the cleanest of the cartridges; most of them leave an inorganic residue of some sort when punctured which dirties the balloon and cracker after a while. Other than the impurities they are all the same. ISI some could argue were created just for the use of hippie crack ;).

Porn shops carry them (so I've heard
) also head shops have them. You will pay about a dollar a charge. You can also buy the crackers and balloons there to but sometimes they won't let you buy them at the same time. When you ask for them DO NOT call them whippets, ask for E-Z whips. I made that mistake once and they would not sell them to me and kicked me out!!

crackers are now very hard to find thanks to operation pipedreams. tehy are now considered illegal by federal govt and they are crackin down.. most shops can get away with selling either the crackers or the whippits but not both.

Hehe, where I live, the convenience stores sell them AND crackers. You pay $15 for 15 cylinders. It's no big deal, just about everyone I know picks up a few cases before they throw a party, just like they would beer. I've also heard that you can just order them off of the internet since Nitrous isn't illegal.

I just get 15-20lb. tanks filled for way cheaper than those damn cartridges. It takes 3 just to fill a balloon, which won't even get me that high. In Philly and I think New Orleans I can get tanks filled. Otherwise you have to know someone.

Difference of Opinion....I live in the gay capital of CA....and there's nothing wrong going to a gay sex shop looking for anything, unless your sexually insecure.
Anyhoo, I found a guy fairly close to me (off of Ebay) who owns a NO2 store and he's gunna sell me 170 iSi NO2 cartridges for 55$ shipping included. COOL, i can't wait for uhm....whip cream, uhm ya.

lol, just the concept of buying something called jungle juice from ANY sex shop strikes me as amusing and possibly fairly disgusting...
The owner of the only local sex shop came into the auto repair shop i work at a while ago... we asked him what the single most populer item was, and aside from misc. random generic vibrators (which don't count as a single item) it was nitrous cartridges/crackers...
I've been meaning to go in there and get some for a while, but going into a sex shop while being single and hating it just doesn't sound fun...
