Here goes.
I currently have a setup which looks like this in my closet(i'm going for inconspicuity)

The top tub has a cool mist, the two bottom tubs are fruiting chambers
Perlite lines the bottom of both tubs, and there are four tubes which connect the tubs. For air exchange I run a cool mist 12x a day, and humidity stays between 90-93%. I currently have a multitude of projects running in the two chambers, because I had concerns over which combinations of casing and bulk substrates I should use.

I have four trays of coir/worm poo/straw pellets which are getting close to either being cased or fruited directly from the substrate.

I have two main concerns. My first question is whether these four trays I have should be cased. Just how much would casing affect yield when I have two moisture-holding materials already in the mix(coir and straw)?
My second question pertains to the lighting I currently have. The lamp in the top picture is the only light source I currently have. Will this light source be suffiently large enough to induce pinning, or should I go with another light source, one within the tubs?
Any answers would be very much appreciated.

mushrooms need very little to trigger pinning.
